DVD Content Summary:

Safety incident re-creations from Drilling, Production, Workover and Marine show the following incidents: 1. A fatality occurs when a derrickman fails to follow proper PPE procedures. 2. Improper wire rope changeout results in a serious lashing injury for a rig hand. 3. Standing in the line of fire, a rig hand gets hit in the ribs by tongs. 4. Inadequate follow-through on blinding leads to a flash fire during welding operations. 5. Poor tong handling crunches a rig hand's fingers. (3 separate incidents) 6. A collar clamp hits a rig hand in the head while sliding down a jar. 7. Bent pipe in a mousehole springs free and knocks a hand to the ground. 8.
