Highlights the need for and content required in filling out the Daily Activity Log. Includes discussion of good safety practices, observing changes in weather conditions, good housekeeping,  and frequent job site inspections.  Section 4.  Work Zones on Offshore Facilities - Differing areas of the drilling rig or production platform will have different operational requirements. This sections highlights the operational controls for each zone.  Section 5.  Abrasive Blasting and Coating Operations - This sections covers containment techniques, discharge reduction measures, inspections, JSAs, work permits, proper drainage. containment exits, and proper disposal.  Section 6.   Waste Minimization and Recordkeeping  - This sections stresses the importance of reducing the generation of wastes as well as good techniques to minimize the creation of waste.
